No Bake Dessert Recipe

This is a very easy recipe to make. Calls for minimal ingredients and best of all requires no-bake. I made this recipe one day because I ran out of eggs therefore baking with the oven was out the window. I must say though these were amazing and a great treat to bring to a Christmas Party or any event.

List of Ingredients:

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 vanilla extract or almond extract

1 (7 ounce bag) sweetened shredded coconut

1 (12 ounce bag) semi-sweetened chocolate morsels. melted

Powered Sugar (optional)

————————————————————————————————————————————————–

Directions:

1. In a bowl,  mix chopped walnuts, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and coconut. Mix  ingredients together until mixture is thicken.

2. Then press mixture together with finger tips into small balls less than an inch round and then roll each ball with the  palms of your hand for a nice round ball.

3. After all Cocoa-Balls are made, Refridgerate  for about an hour or until firm.

4. Once Cocoa-Balls are firm, Melt choclate chips on stovetop on low-medium heat. Stirring the chocolate chips slowly until melted then put on low heat.

5. Dip the Cocoa-balls into the melted chocolate. Place balls on clean baking sheet and let dry.

6. Sprinkle Sugar powder on top.  (optional)

7. Chill the Cocoa-Balls once more for about 15-30 minutes.
