Ham & Cheese Manwich

I call this the Ham & Cheese Manwich. My family loves it. It’s real simple. Takes about 10 minutes to prep and 15 minutes to cook.

Ingredients

6 French Dip Rolls

1lb. Black forest Ham

5 oz Onion

1-2 cups Tillamook Medium Cheese

Sauce Ingredients:

4 oz Best Foods Mayonnaise

1 ounce Kikkoman Soy Sauce

1 ounce Spicy Brown Dijon Mustard

4 oz Sweet Rays BBQ Sauce

1 ounce Worcestershire Sauce Lea & Perrins

1/2 oz Horseradish

2 Garlic Cloves

1/2 tsp. Crushed Chile Powder

Baking Tools:

Standard Measuring cup with ounce measurements.

Baking Pan

Step 1:

Mix 4 oz. Sweet Rays bbq sauce with 1 oz. Lea & Perrins Worchestire sauce. Mix.

Step 2:

Add 1 oz. Spicy brown Dijon Mustard, 1/2 oz. Horsraddish, 1 oz. Soy Sauce and 2 crushed fresh clove garlic and 1/2 tsp. crushed chili powder then mix.

Step 3:

Cut bread. Then spread Manwich sauce on the top and bottom of bread.

Step 4:

Add two slices ham on bread then add two slices of medium cheddar cheese. Add two more slices of ham on top. Cover with bread top.

Step 5:

Bake Manwiches at 375 degrees in oven for 15 minutes.
