Avocado Dessert

I have to say that I love Avocados. Avocados not only taste good but have great health benefits to include cardiovascular health from its omega-3 fatty acids to its carotenoid antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats along with anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer benefits. And, with a little sugar on top every now and then their irresistable. This recipe is easy to make and takes less then 5 minutes to prepare and serve total time. Ingredients

1 Avocado

1/2 tsp. Sugar

Step 1:

Slice avocado and take seed out. Before peeling the outer layers continue to slice the Avocado to the size of piece you want then peel the outer layer off.

Step 2:

Set Avocado on plate and sprinkle 1/2  tsp. sugar lightly over each piece and serve.
