I have to admit I love…..Coconut milk. And, coconut milk on chicken is delicious. So for tonites dinner I decided to dress my chicken up with coconut milk with few added ingredients to make this dish have a robust flavor to it. This recipe serves 6-8.



Chicken Tenders  8 oz.

Garlic Salt 1 tsp.

Olive Oil 1 1/2 tbsp.

5 Garlic Cloves Chopped

Goya Adobo All Seasoning 1/2 tsp.

Onion 1/2 cup

Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 tbsp


Serve With:

Rice, Beans & Green Leaf Lettuce with Avocado and lime


Step 1:

Add Chicken tenders to pan. Add 1 tbsp. Olive Oil. Turn heat to high. Stir Chicken for 3 minutes.

Step 2:

Add 1 tsp. Garlic Salt and 5 finely chopped or crushed Garlic Cloves.

Step 3:

Add Chaokoh Coconut Milk and 1/2 tsp. Adobo Goya All Purpose Seasoning. Turn heat to high and bring to a boil. Then let simmer on low for 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

Step 4:

In separate pan add 1/2 up Onions and 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil on high heat and stir until golden in color then add 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar. Then Serve chicken with rice and onions on top.
