Collard Greens Recipe

40 oz. Collard Greens

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

1 1/4 Roma Tomatoes

1/2 Fresh lime

1 tbsp White Vinegar

1/2 tsp Lemon & Pepper Seasoning


Prep time: 2 minutes Cook time: 3-4 minutes

Total Servings: 2-4


Step 1:

Chop Collard Green and Tomatoes. Add both to pan and add 1 tbsp Olive Oil.

Step 2:

Turn pan to medium/high heat. Stir Collard Greens and Tomatoes for about 1 minute or until pan starts to warm up.

Step 3:

Then cut fresh lime in half. Use one half of the lime and squeeze lime juice over Collard Greens and Tomatoes. Then add 1tsp. Lemon & Pepper Seasoning. Mix. Cook for 1-2 more minutes and serve.
