Jalapeno Chicken

4lbs Chicken

1 1/4 Cup Red Onion

1 Green Jalapeno

1 tsp Garlic Salt

1 tsp Goya Adobo All Seasoning

1 Cup Water


Served With:

Collard GreensLentil Beans


Step 1:

Add 2 tbsp. Olive Oil and Chicken legs to pan. Turn heat to high. Cook Chicken on high for 10 minutes flipping Chicken over every minute or so until it starts browning a  on both sides. Bring pan down to medium heat watch chicken carefully continuing to flip Chicken for the next 10 minutes. Start preparing Jalapeno and Red Onions while Chicken is on medium heat cooking.

Step 2:

Add chopped Jalapeno and Red Onions to pan and mix with chicken. Then add 1 cup Water and 1 tsp. Goya all Seasoning and mix.

Step 3:

Bring pan to high heat once more until water is boiling then cover pan with lid and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken if fully cooked then Serve.
