Ingredients

4 cups Lentil Beans

8 1/2 cups Water

14.5 oz. Organic Stewed Tomatoes

3 tsp. Goya Adobo All Seasoning

1 cup Red Onion

1 tsp. Corriander dry crushed or 1/4 cup fresh Cilantro

Serve With:

Lettuce, Meat or Rice

Step 1:

Add 4 cups lentils to pot and 8 1/2 cups of water. Turn heat to high and bring to boil. Once boiling then add can of tomatoes. Let boil for 10-15 minutes then bring heat down to medium heat.

Step 2:

Add 3 tsp. Goya Adobo All Seasoning and 1 cup Red Onion finely chopped and 1 tsp Corriander crushed or 1/4 fresh cilantro and mix.

Step 3:

Continue to stir cook lentil beans soft then serve.
