Garlic & Green Beans

4 cups Fresh Green Beans

4-5 Garlic Cloves chopped

1 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1/2 Tbsp. lemon & pepper Seasoning

1 Tbsp. Vinegar


Step 1: Rinse Green Beans. Then cut the tips. Blend 4-5 Garlic Cloves with 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil and add 1/2 tbsp. lemon & pepper seasoning and 1 tbsp vinegar in blender and blend.

Step 2: Add 1 tbsp. Olive Oil in pan. Turn heat to high. Once Olive Oil is warm/hot add Green Beans to pan cook on high for 30 seconds.


Step 3: Continue to cook Green Beans on high and add Garlic Blended Mix on top of Green Beans and stir in pan on high heat for 3-4 minutes. turn heat off and serve.
