Spaghetti Chicken & Pasta Sauce

Prep Time: 10-15 minutes Total Cook time: 20 minutes

Serve with: Salad or French Bread


Step 1:

Boneless Chicken 


4 oz Boneless Chicken Breast

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

1/2 cup Onion


Directions: Cut chicken breast in small pieces. Add 1 tbsp Olive Oil to pan. Add chicken to pan. Turn heat to high and stir chicken for 3 minutes on high heat. Bring heat to medium/low. Stir and cook chicken  5-7 minutes. Turn heat back to high for 30 seconds and cover pan with lid. Simmer chicken on low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked. Serve with pasta sauce and noodles.


Step 2:

Pasta Sauce 


1/2 cup Flour

3 cups Water

3 tbsp. Butter

1 1/2 cup Tomatoes

4 Garlic Cloves

4-6 Basil Leaves (Big Size)

1 tbsp. Balsalmic Vinegar

*dash* Chili Powder (optional)

1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt


Directions: Add  1/2 cup flour and 3 cups water.  Brisk mixture very good until flour is dissolved. Turn heat to high for 3 min and bring back down to medium heat. Blend tomatoes, Basil and garlic cloves in blender and add to sauce. Mix. Add 3 tbsp. butter and mix. Then add 1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar and 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt Salt mix and turn heat to medium  low heat. Add a *dash* of Chili Powder this is optional. Let sauce cook for 5 minutes and ready to serve.


Step 3:

Spaghetti Noodles Part III


10 oz. Spaghetti Noodles

Butter or Olive Oil

3-4 Basil Leafs (minced)

4 Garlic Cloves (minced)

Directions: Add water 6-8 cups water to pot. Bring to Boil. Add 10 oz Spaghetti Noodles. Let cook for 5-8 minutes or until cooked. Drain Noodles and set to side.


In pot Add 2 tbsp. Butter or Olive Oil and 4 minced garlic cloves to pot. Turn heat to high and cook garlic for 1-2 minutes. Turn heat to low. Add Spaghetti noodles to pot and add 3-4 minced basil leafs. Mix noodles, garlic, basil leaf and Olive Oil on low heat for 2-3 minutes and serve.


Serve: Add noodles to plate. pour Pasta sauce over Spaghetti Noodles and add Boneless Chicken to top.

        What I like is that you used simple ingredients so I do not have to make a ton of changes due to corn allergy…thank you 🙂
