Thai Beef Salad Recipe

29 Jan

Homemade by Kathleen Heady

This is an all time favorite. I grew up with this dish. My Mom had a friend  from Thailand and she owned her own Thai restaurant where we lived when I was little and we would go visit her and have this Thai beef Salad dish along with some other great Thai dishes to include Tom Yum and Tom Kha Gai soup. Since then, I learned how to make this dish and I have served this Thai Beef Salad up for friends and family members.  And Everyone who has had tried it, has loved it!

So, last night for dinner I decided to make this salad recipe of mine for my family and let me say it was all gone by lunch the next day between two grown adults and two children.  We all had seconds and of course we all packed the salad for lunch. It was beyond delicious.  The meat can also be cooked three different ways Grilled, Broiled or on the pan. Make sure to marinate the meat if you decide to Grill or Broil this dish with a little bit of Soy Sauce and minced garlic and then Stir Fry it for 5-10 minutes with all the ingredients below.  Either way it is cooked, I promise it will be delicious. Let me know if you make this dish! I’d love to hear from you.
